Steamed jujube and yam


Ingredients

1 piece yam, peeled

5 dried jujubes

1 tablespoon white sugar

Method

1. Remove the seeds of the jujubes, chop the jujubes

2. Grate the yam

3. Drop the yam and the jujubes in a steam bowl, mix until even

4. Put the steam bowl in a steam pot, steam for 45 minutes, until tender and soft

5. Take out the steam bowl, sprinkle the bowl with some white sugar

6. Serve
