500 g beef, chopped
2 red chilies, sliced
2 green chilies, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 piece ginger, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 star anise
10 black peppers
1 cinnamon stick
Method
1. drop the beef in a pot, pour some cold water in the pot, heat the pot over high heat, bring to a boil, take out the beef, drain, turn off the heat
2. Rinse the pot, heat the pot over medium heat, pour the cooking oil in the pot, drop the beef in the pot, stir until fragrant, pour soy sauce in the pot, stir until even
3. Drop the ginger, star anise, black peppers, and cinnamon in the pot, stir until fragrant, pour some warm water and red rice in the pot, bring to a boil, cover the pot with a lid, turn down the heat, stew for 40 minutes
4. Season with salt, drop the red chilies, green chilies, and onion in the pot, stir until even, turn up the heat, until the soup thickened
5. Serve
