Ingredients
30 g tremella
25 g lotus seed
6 jujubes
10 g wolfberry
20 g rock sugar
Directions
1. Soak tremella with cold water, rinse tremella, drain, remove seeds from jujubes, soak lotus seeds until tender, soak wolfberry until tender

2. Drop all ingredients but rock sugar in stew pot, pour 1.5L purified water in pot

3. Heat pot with high heat to boil, turn to medium heat, stew for 30 minutes, drop rock sugar in pot, turn to low heat, stew for 60 minutes

4. Serve
