Ingredients

chicken legs, chopped
1/4 cup pearl barley
1 yam stick, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cooking wine
1 tablespoon starch
Directions
1. Soak pearl barley in water for a night, drop soaked pearl barley in pot, pout some water in pot, heat pot with low heat, boil for 1 hour, set aside
2. Mix chopped chicken with cooking wine and starch, until even
3. Drop chopped chicken, chopped yam, and cooked pearl barley in bowl, pour some water in bowl
4. Put bowl in steam pot to steam for 1 hour, serve
