Steamed sausage, black fungus and cauliflower soup

Ingredients

1 big piece cauliflower, chopped

10 black fungus, soaked

1 piece sausage, bias sliced

1 pinch salt

Directions

1. Rinse black fungus

2. Drop black fungus, sliced sausage, and sliced cauliflower in stew cup, season with salt

3. Put stew cup to steam for 30 minutes



4. Serve
