How to steam egg custard







Ingredients

2 eggs

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sliced green onion

Directions

1. Prepare 1 cup water

2. Crack eggs in bowl

3. Pour water in eggs

4 Pour sesame oil in eggs

5. pour soy sauce in eggs

6. Sprinkle salt in eggs, beat eggs

7. Heat steam pot until boiling, turn to medium low heat

8. Divide beaten egg into 2 parts equally, cover with plastic wrap

9. Put beaten egg in steam pot

10. Steam for 15 minutes

11. Serve, top with sliced green onion
