1/2 dish fish maw
1/2 dish mushroom, sliced
1 tablespoon sliced ginger
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
1 tablespoon sliced coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions
1. Rinse fish maw,drop fish maw in boiling water, stay for about 30 seconds, take out, drain

2. Heat pot with medium high heat, pour vegetable oil in pot, drop sliced ginger in pot, stir fry until fragrant

3. Drop fish maw in pot, stir fry, pour oyster sauce in pot, pour salt in pot, stir fry

4. Drop mushroom in pot, stir fry about 2 minutes, until well cooked, drop sliced green onion and coriander in pot, stir fry for 30 seconds

5. Serve
