Yam Pork Rib Soup

Ingredients
500 grams / 1.1 pounds yam, chopped
500 grams / 1.1 pounds pork rib, chopped
3 ginger slices
1 teaspoon salt

Directions
1. Put chopped pork ribs in boiling water for 1 minutes, take out, drain
2. Pour water in sauce pot, drop chopped pork ribs, chopped yam, and ginger slices in sauce pot, heat with high heat to boil, turn to low medium heat, stew for 1 hour
3. Season with salt
4. Serve
