Scrambled egg with vermicelli


Ingredients

250 grams vermicelli

2 eggs

1/4 cup cooking oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 tablespoon chopped red chili

Methods

1. Soak the vermicelli in hot water, until soft, take out, rinse, drain

2. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat until smooth, heat a pot over medium heat, pour some cooking oil in the pot, pour the beaten egg in the pot, spread, chop with the spatula or spoon, take out, set aside

3. Pour the remaining cooking oil in the pot, drop the vermicelli in the pot, stir until tender, season with salt

4. Drop the chopped red chili and sliced green onion in the pot, stir until even, pour the egg in the pot, stir until even


5. Serve
