Fried rice and pork balls

Ingredients

300 grams cooked rice

100 grams carrot, peeled and chopped

100 grams pork, minced

1 piece ginger, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 egg, beaten

1/5 cup starch

1 cup vegetable oil

Methods

1. Pour the carrot, pork, ginger, soy sauce, and ground black pepper in a bowl, mix until even, set aside for 10 minutes

2. Pour the steamed rice in the bowl, mix until even, season with salt

3. Pour starch in the bowl, pour beaten egg in the bowl, mix until even, roll the mixture into some balls

4. Heat a pot over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the pot, drop the balls in the pot, fry until golden


5. Take out, drain, server
