Ingredients
1 papaya
1 cup milk
40 grams / 1.5 ounces white sugar
Directions
1. Rinse papaya, peel, remove seeds
2. Chop papaya
3. Pour chopped papaya in food processor to process into puree, set aside
4. Pour white sugar in milk, mix until dissolved, if needed, heat slightly milk
5. Pour milk syrup in papaya gradually, stir
6. Mix until even
7. Put papaya mixture in refrigerator to refrigerate for 5 hours, take out to stir every 30 minutes, stir for 5 times
8. Serve
